[SOLVED] How do I remove file patterns from the Shift+Ctrl+R Dialogue?

There are a bunch of patterns in there and I always need to scroll to get down to the correct one. Even better would be an option that would allow me to automatically change the filenames to a defined pattern when saving any changes in the metada. Thank you!

You can delete it by pressing Shift+Del, i.e. position of the one you want to delete and press Shift+Del.
