Problem with automatic replacement of converted file when files are on 'desktop''

Post by HansKu »

When I try to convert a file that is on my desktop (or subfolder thereof) it does convert the file and delete the original file on my desktop.
BUT the converted file is NOT on my desktop. It took me a while to find that the new file is created in a NEW folder on the desktop in the path C:\Users\[MY USERNAME]\Desktop\Users\[MY USERNAME]\Desktop. Also happens when I convert a file in a subfolder on my desktop (exept that in those cases the new path becomes a bit longer, i.e. contains the new subfolder locations.
Not shure if this is due to a windows problem or due to a script error in xrecode. This does NOT happen when I convert a file in a 'normal' directory that is not my desktop. The misplace file is correctly converted but not in the original desktop location. The issue is very reproducible, and extremely annoying.
Hope you can help
