Hi
Another problem with AAC encoding.
xRecode v1.73 stable
Source: FLAC file (44100Hz, 1016kpbs, 16 bit, stereo) with whole album and CUE file attached.
Output: AAC (M4A) quality 110.
One line from the log file:
08/02/2018 17:38:53: ERROR: E:\Temp Musique\ZZ Top - Greatest Hits (2CD) (2013)\CD1\ZZ Top - Greatest Hits CD1.m4a : Process C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe /D /C ""bin\qaac\x64\qaac64.exe" --silent --no-optimize --tvbr 110 - -o "E:\Temp Musique\ZZ Top - Greatest Hits (2CD) (2013)\CD1\ZZ Top - Greatest Hits CD1.m4a" " ended with ExitCode : 2 ()
Tried:
- No program reading the source file (with computer reboot to be sure)
- v1.72, v1.74 beta
- direct convert of the flac file instead of through cue
Is there anything I can test?

Re: Flac > AAC (M4A) ends with error
Most likely you don't have the iTunes installed. Here's how to convert to m4a without iTunes installed - viewtopic.php?f=16&t=30

That was it.
Could it be possible to have some verification, like you'd like to encode in AAC and xRecode checks for iTunes installed or files present in the directory?
Thanks for your quick help.
