[SOLVED] Add folder bug
Posted: Mon Apr 16, 2018 2:48 am
I've found a bug during an add folder operation. Given this structure:
D:\flac>dir /AD MonáeJanelle
Volume in drive D is Data
Volume Serial Number is B6C3-7BFC
Directory of D:\flac\MonáeJanelle
2018-02-27 20:47 <DIR> .
2018-02-27 20:47 <DIR> ..
2016-05-16 05:19 <DIR> ArchAndroidThe
2018-02-27 20:59 <DIR> AuditionThe-CDr
2016-05-16 05:19 <DIR> ElectricLadyThe
2016-05-16 05:19 <DIR> ElectricLadyThe-TE
2016-05-16 05:19 <DIR> Metropolis-TheChaseSuite-SE
2016-05-16 05:19 <DIR> QUEEN-Remixes
0 File(s) 0 bytes
8 Dir(s) 1,133,190,512,640 bytes free
If I use the Add Folder function and select from the GUI, the top folder "MonáeJanelle" and then deselect the "ElectricLadyThe" and "QUEEN-Remixes" folders, the resultant set of directories looks like this:
D:\ogg\flac>dir /AD MonáeJanelle
Volume in drive D is Data
Volume Serial Number is B6C3-7BFC
Directory of D:\ogg\flac\MonáeJanelle
2018-04-15 22:29 <DIR> .
2018-04-15 22:29 <DIR> ..
2018-04-15 22:29 <DIR> AuditionThe-CDr
2018-04-15 22:29 <DIR> ElectricLadyThe-TE
2018-04-15 22:30 <DIR> Metropolis-TheChaseSuite-SE
0 File(s) 0 bytes
5 Dir(s) 1,133,190,512,640 bytes free
With the "ArchAndroidThe" folder missing. I initially thought it might have something to do with the unicode character in the name of the top directory, but removing that character didn't make any difference.
Please take a look at this issue. This seems to happen in several places in my music library. Thanks.
