Related to issues I've had with with m4b(s) on occasion

Setting under "misc" to conditionally ignore chapter-marks when multiple m4b(s) are loaded. The problem I've had multiple times with m4b audiobooks only seems to happen with audiobooks consisting of multiple m4b(s) containing chapter-marks. It's stupid and probably only a niche problem , but I think it would bypass most if not all the problems I've had with x-recode in regards to occasional problem m4b(s). May also be more trouble than it's worth to implement, but it would likely reduce my future headaches especially if I forget about the unconditional setting between problem m4b(s).
