Don't split my Flac

I have two standalone flacs, remove cues, etc especially
Dragged them to the Xrecode 3 1.144 window.
The first one will be splitted, the second no.
How to prevent this splitting? I don't need it or ask?

I found the thee problem, embedded cue but no idea how to prevent split yet, where is this checkbox?
