It all boils down to the way you're going to listen to those files. If your current player supports them out of the box - no problem you can do it.
If you must use a special dedicated player for this, then think how sustainable it can be ...

Great. I also submitted the file to Microsoft for analysis.

It's a false positive. I scanned the file on my Windows 11 - no threats detected.

Issue was solved by installing the latest version of the program.

OK, then program didn't recognize the multiple audio streams for some reason. Would it be possible for you to share that file?

When you add that file to the program 2 input files should appear - one per channel. Then un-check the one you don't need, select Extract as Action and press Start.
