I'd like to add one more thing. After processing all my files I noticed that all the tag information including album art was transferred from the DTS wave file. A couple of other apps I tried managed the tag information but didn't transfer any album art. This will save me a lot of time not having to ...

You need to enable those 2 options.
Skip bad frames - for some files you might get error at the very end of the file. This is how the current DTS decoder works, but that's fine, as you can then check the file that it sounds OK. You can then enable "Don't show ...

File sent.
Sorry the first one I sent was a .flac file that was recoded from a .wav file that gives the static.
That .wav file was to large to email so I sent a second different .wav file.

I have around 600 DTS 5.1 .wav files from SACD's that I want to convert to .flac files.
When I play the .wav files they play fine on VLC and AIMP.
When I do the conversion from .wav to .flac in xrecode the files are static when played in VLC or AIMP.
