Please see below - perhaps I've misunderstood the options/functionality (?)

1. Add list of .M4B files.
2. Under Output Format, choose M4A/AAC/Nero.
3. ...and for settings select Output File Extension = M4B.
4. Select Merge/CUE settings, and ensure that "Merge without transcoding" is enabled ...
