How to convert multichannel dsf to multichannel flac

I am setting up dirac live and apparently dirac does not recognize dsf files.

How would I convert multichannel dsf files to flac?

I tried this and the sample rate is 352.8 KHz. I am looking to get either 24 bit 88.2 KHz or 24 bit 176.4 Khz sampling rate. How do I do this?
