merge to mp3 id3 track tag

The most recent updates seem to have broken the ability to set the track id3 tag on resulting files when merging mp3s. Resulting file track id3 tag always empty instead.

Program saves the track number in the merged file only of all source files have the same track value.
Also, please update to latest beta version, as there are some small fixes in the Metadata editor - https://xrecode.com/test/setup_xrecode3 ... _1.158.exe
