Is it possible to convert a single track from an dsd .iso track list ?

Yes, just un-check the ones you don't need.
And if you are processing sacd iso, please use the Extract method (not Encode).

Neither extracting or converting work. It does extract or convert the full ISO track list regardless what is selected.

It's ok now. The problem did come from the column width.
I think that i did not changed it before, it was a clean install. Perhaps the default size should be larger ?
