I just paid $15 for the program. Which version is that for, Portable or Console? And what is the difference between the two?

Portable version is the same as a "normal version", except it does not need to be installed - you can just extract it and run. It also doesn't have the Explorer right click menu. Console version does not have any GUI and is used to process files from the command prompt. So, if you are not sure, just use the normal version
