Access violation at address 000000000040D9D5 in module 'xrecode3x64.exe'

I recently got this error message while merging and re-encoding mp3s from my NAS to a local folder. Any idea what this could mean and how to solve it?
The files are (as far as I can tell) correctly created.

I am using Xrecode on Windows 10 with the latest updates.

Update: Stupid me, it was just that Xrecode was trying to create the same file over and over as I wanted to merge some parts of an album and the output filename was always the same...
