[SOLVED] Can't change Output Format, Action, Output Setting

Hallo
Currently running XRECODE 3 1.71 x64 and not showing output format, action, output format. i mean it's like disabled or something like that.
No warning, notice, just error like this
OS : Windows 7 Ultimate x64 With SP1
what can i do now?
