FLAC Settings Max Sample Rate and Max Sample Format Problem

Hi:
With the latest beta version 1.23, when I open up FLAC output settings, the Max Sample Rate is always set to 384000 and the Max Sample Format is always set to 24bit. They were always "Not Used" with version 1.22 and prior. I have to manually change them to "Not Used" but after closing the app and then reopening, the settings are 384000 and 24bit again.
I would attach a screen print but I cannot see how.
