[SOLVED] Cannot open mp3 files with the latest version (1.123)

I report an issue of the latest version of XRECODE3.
- version: 1.123 64-bit (portable)
- issue: cannot open mp3 files.
- error message: "Could not load library C:\Users\XXX\xrecode3\bin\x64\avutil-57.dll : 126"
- environment: Windows 11 22H2
The problem occurs in the latest version, and the previous version (1.122) works fine.
I looked into the problem using Dependencies and found that avtutil-57.dll seems to fail loading another dll: libwinpthread-1.dll.
