Note: Is this a bug in XRECORD that software?
I don't know if it's a bug on the LAME side, or if it's a specification
Phenomenon example: Converting a 10-second ogg file to mp3 creates a 5-second file. The sound is also played at double speed.
source sound source
Vorbis 48.00kHz 110.00kb/s QB 1ch
Encoding settings
Use lame.exe
C:\Program Files\xrecode3\bin\x64\lame.exe
option
-b 320 -q0
Convert ogg to WAV can convert successfully
But if you convert that WAV to mp3 it will be twice as fast
