Program not responding when trying to add files
Just installed thee trial. I hit add files and added 10 files. Program not responding. Is this a limitation in the trial? Running win10, and ryzen7 2700x cpu, 32gb ram. Program installed on a M2 SSD.

What type of files did you add? Is this happening also if you add just one or two?

Wav files. 16bit 44khz. Don't know but it happens if I add a folder as well

Could you please share couple of files where program is not responding with xrecode@gmail.com? You could use https://wetransfer.com/.

Yes I could but since you ask that, I'm assuming you think other files will be fine? I'm not at my computer but will do this when I get back

Sometimes it's some special file, sometimes it's antivirus, which is tampering with the program.

Oh ok. I use windows' built in antivirus. Can probably create an exception in it.

Tried again now with other files. Works beautifully. However, I found there was a slight decrease in volume when converting mono to stereo. Is this normal?
