[SOLVED] Converting m4a to FLAC error

I'm having an issue converting from m4a to FLAC. It appears related to FFmpeg:

Error message: 15-09-2023 13:18:44: ERROR: F:\Musik\N\Noname\(1991) BouGran\01 - Leben.m4a : ff_decode_audio Error while decoding (-1163346256) : Not yet implemented in FFmpeg, patches welcome

Is there a workaround?

Thanks for the file. I was unable to decode it with non of the decoders/programs I have. To me it looks like the file is corrupted. Even iTunes refused to play the file.
