[SOLVED] DTS Encoded Audio CD Not Being Detected

I have a 1997 DTS audio CD that I attempted to rip two times double checking all settings to have FLAC files generated that are not being decoded. I used the Grab CD option along with action Encode with FLAC selected. The Codec column remains blank and does not show DTS. Settings has Scan Audios CDs for DTS stream checked off.

I just used BurnAware Professional to create a BIN image file of the disc in question, if you need it for research.
