[SOLVED] How to use resampler properly

When resampling the WAV file, both SOX and SWR are exactly the same.
Is this normal?
WAVファイルをリサンプルするとき、SOXとSWRが共に完全に同じ結果となります。
これは正常なことですか？

What are source and output sample rate values?

I resampled the 96 kHz file to 44.1 kHz and 192 kHz.
I confirmed it with this source.

96kHzのファイルを44.1kHzと192kHzにリサンプルしました。

SOX resampler was not always used when up-sampling.
Please install the latest beta version -

I confirmed that SOX and SWR show different results.
