XRECODE

I get this error trying to work with the data on network server.
Windows 10 long name support is on.
It looks like it's XRECODE3 issue.

Example:

File path \\?\UNC\192.168.1.5\music6\Progressive\Emerson, Lake & Palmer\Studio Albums\1977. Emerson, Lake & Palmer - Works Volume 1 (1987, 2CD, Warner-Pioneer, Atlantic, Japan, 55XD-668-9)\CD2\Emerson, Lake & Palmer - Works Volume I CD2 (1987, 55XD-668-9)\ is too long and cannot be shortened.
