Which Windows version and are you using any Antivirus?
You could also try the latest beta version

Is still the same Problem I have Windows 10 version 1903

Please do the following:
- Open folder %appdata%\XRECODE3\settings in the Windows Explorer
- Archive the folder x64
- Send it to xrecode@gmail.com

Issue was solved by deleting all settings from the above folder and restarting the program.
