Beginning of files cut off

Hi! I just downloaded and registered xrecode 3 today after really loving xrecode 2, but I seem to be running into a problem with xrecode 3 cutting off the first half second of files when I load them into the program. They're incomplete both in the converted file and in the audio preview.
Here's an example of what I mean.
Converted using xrecode 3: http://pharaoh-doll.net/Overwatch/audio ... ecode3.mp3
Converted using a different audio program: http://pharaoh-doll.net/Overwatch/audio ... -other.mp3
Is there a way to fix this in xrecode 3? A setting I missed somewhere?
