Filename starts with lowercase letter

What am I doing wrong? I wonder why the filename doesn't start with uppercase letter?

I solved the problem. If you use "Don't change" as Change Case option then it works but I want to use "Capitalize Each Word" because I want that all the words in the title field begins with upper case letter. (actually I want all the words in %filename% to start with upper case letter)

Issue was resolved in the latest beta version from the 5th of January.
