[SOLVED] Noise in merged M4a file

Hi:

Something happened with your software sometime after Beta Release 2661 (3/11/25).

Today, I download some M4a files which played fine in foobar but when I merged them into a merge M4a file, there was a loud noise like white noise drowning out the music.

So I restored 2661 and did the same merge and the resulting merged M4a file is perfect.

I will stick with 2661 for now. Please check into this.
