No Metadata found

Good morning, it seems that with version 1.173, downloading metadata files no longer works. The program searches, but finds nothing. This is also the case with albums that were found without any problems in the previous version. Thanks for your help and greetings from Vienna, Guido

Hi, I am working with Win11 Pro, actual version. In the beginning, the downloading of the metadata files worked fine, but now there is nothing. When I use the same files (.wav) with AudioRanger I get the full information. Downgrading to 1.172 also didn't work. I tried it also on other computers, also nothing. Are you using it when ripping the Audio CDs or just searching the Metadata for audio files?
Also, which CD Info provider are you using?

Hi, the CDs are already ripped and available as .wav files, and I'm trying to get the metadata using GnuDb. No problem with the same .wav files with AudioRanger and a few days before with Xrecode.

Please try the following:
Go to https://gnudb.org/info.php and register there. As the page states, you can use fake name and email address.
Ad a result the page will show info like this

We have registered:
Name:
Email: ....
Your unique code is: somecode

Start xrecode, open Settings and go to Internet - https://imgur.com/a/0W0weAs
Replace value 6jyhzxy4 in GnuDb URL with the unique code you got from the registration page and try to retrieve some Metadata.
